This is one of the busiest locations of Mcdonalds I have seen, and they are also very fast and efficient. I walked into a packed restaurant, and expected to wait forever in the growing line. was I wrong, the employee working the counter actually knew what she was doing, and was moving the line as quick as a bunny.. I ordered my food, and stepped aside for the next person, 2 orders later and I am walking away from the counter with a thank you from the employee and a smile on my face. I have used this Mcdonalds in the past with the same satisfying results, good to know there are still people out there that enjoy their jobs and know what customer service is all about.

This McDonalds rocks. I've never encountered friendlier employees and customers of any fast food restaurant in St. Louis! I walked in the other day for some oatmeal and a coffee and everyone was nodding, smiling, tipping their hat at me -- this place deserves to be next to a Home Depot. I'm going to make it a point to come back next time I'm hungry on Hanley. Lots of parking, too, and easy on/off access to the road. Just a good setup in general, here.

For a McDonald's, this is a good one. Customer service is friendly and quick, especially during early morning rushes.

How in the actual hell does it take 15 minutes to get two orders of microwaved hotcakes and a sausage mcgriddle? You flying to vermont to get my maple syrup or some shit?

  • Lace K.

WOW! I've never had a customer service experience so polite at a McDonalds. This location has their customer service down pat; two thumbs up for that! Otherwise, clean, updated decor inside. Standard fare Micky Ds. Two thumbs up.

The service here is overall good. I have no complaints about the food or service. This location is very busy and I don't like how I have to exit by driving through the busy home depot lot. This McDonalds is what you expect it to be.

Slowest late-night drive-thru ever. There were several employees working, yet my car was idling for 10 minutes behind two cars because the employee at the window was doing stuff on the customer two cars ahead's phone for some reason. When I finally got to the window, it was another 7 or so minutes waiting for them to bring us three large fries. THAT'S LIKE THE EASIEST ORDER EVER. WHAT TOOK SO LONG?

Why would anyone rate a McDonalds.

This location has drive-thru and customer service down pat. I can't believe I haven't reviewed it here before today. It's near my office, and although I'm on a pretty strict eating plan, an occasional visit is OK. I was on my way to a last-minute meeting so I ate on the fly. The only scary thing about this drive thru is that at around 11:15 a.m., the line starts to back up on to southbound Hanley. But the SPEED! They have a worker stationed outside with a wireless tablet, and she works her way up the line much faster than they could using the traditional method. Add extra points for having a sincere smile on her face! The line moves quickly, snaking around the back of the store to the pay window on the other side, also staffed by a friendly, smiling cashier. There's no fumbling with change, and just enough time to compliment her on the speed before the line moves forward again. By the time I got to the pickup window, the person working the window had to wait a good two seconds for ME. Wow. Because I was in a hurry, I pulled into a space in the Home Depot parking lot. Everything was fresh, hot, and good tasting. Well made, and the order was correct. I really wish other franchisees (I'm looking at YOU, South Kingshighway and Hampton Village) would visit this location and learn what kind of magic they use to train their employees. They're all really wonderful.

Service here is always great. It's a busy location, so the restaurant gets a bit grungy. My biggest complaint is access. Pro - right off Hwy 40. Con - right off Hwy 40 and on Hanley. Getting into the parking lot is fine, if you're coming in from the north [e.g. exiting off Hwy 40]. But, the lot is tiny, and when exiting and one intends to return to Hwy 40, one is required to traverse an also busy Home Depot parking lot to find the first set of traffic lights to allow for a left turn on to Hanley. Then, it's a slow drive down the outer road to Brentwood and the on ramp there. As is probably clear, at this point, I have an addiction for McDonald's ... and particularly the Diet Coke. What else would compel me to venture off an otherwise fine freeway to get bogged down in the morass of a suburban shopping megaplex. Sadly, I'm not aware of many other McDonalds along Hwy 40 between downtown and Chesterfield. [Here again, I'm probably revealing a relatively weak knowledge of St Louis].

Would have left the drive in after the FIRST 15 min of waiting but couldn't get out. Then my order was messed up.

Best Mcdonalds in town, I personally love it. Ya the drive thru is slow but that's because everyone comes here. I'm never disappointed and they always get my order right. Location sucks but you deal with it.

this mcDonalds is by far one of the more reliable ones I've ever been to its close to my job was just perfect for those times I want to get a bite to eat before I go to work . Although the line is usually long the drive thru goes by really quickly. 9 times outta 10 I order is usually correct and that's saying something considering it is McDonalds. I love the updated decorations and there is a peaceful fish tank inside. This location is definitely my go to location for McDonalds
